DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

At Musical Apparel, each shirt is printed to order. Unfortunately, due to cost-saving measures and our small family operation, we cannot accept exchanges at this time. Our tees are standard sizes (not slim fit) so please keep that in mind when ordering. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your Musical Apparel creation. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Musical Apparel, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order (such as misprinted, damaged, or defective items), please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First: Before returning any products, reach out to our Customer Service team. We’re here to assist you promptly.

  2. Claims Deadline:

    • For misprinted, damaged, or defective items: Submit your claim within 15 days after receiving the product.

    • For packages lost in transit: All claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Musical Apparel reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
